Title: Lords of the Rennaissance Post by: Calandale on July 26, 2014, 02:00:32 pm The Lords series, by Phil Ecklund, provides a primarily economic representation of larger scoped (military & political) events. This game is a Renaissance Europe themed version of that system, first portrayed in Lords of the Sierra Madre (also covered at 2d6.org). I have a copy but it remains unplayed. I like the fact that it can accommodate something like 16 players at once.
I'm going to have to go through this vid series. Didn't even know you had a treatment for this one until I saw this here! You COULD even play with more people - but you would need more counters. Same thing with LotSM actually. |
