Doped up on valium to help with the vertigo...

 Sad

It's much better these past few days than it has been over the past few weeks.  Basically, if the Epley Maneuver doesn't clear the "rocks" out of your inner ear, you pretty much just have to wait it out.  I do exercises to help my brain adapt to the balance issue, and I can move around and do pretty much anything normally.  Can't sleep on my right side, though, and focusing my eyes downward (such as on a gameboard) still makes me feel spacey.

But I did play Elevenses tonight with the wife.  Really fun little card game.

How do you define 'wargame'?

The idea of warfare has to appeal.

I used to highlight my rulebooks, but as Calandale pointed out, it is rather irritating. Whenever I get back to it, I unconsciously only read the highlighted parts, ignoring the rest of the rulebook. Although I do like to make some annotations and things like that, but I would never ever do that with the original rulebooks, only with print-outs. I am super fussy when it comes to my wargames, they are not to be touched by unworthy hands, or ink for that matter!

Better than bi.

Well...actually that's kinda a requirement too.

But, in either case, I'm willing to teach.

I met Muhammad Ali once.  My wife worked at a museum in Washington DC where they held the premiere party for Jurassic Park.  So my wife and I and some of her co-workers crashed the party.  The stars of Jurassic Park were there, and so was Spielberg.  And Ali.  So I went to shake his hand and said it was a pleasure to meet him.  I was kinda tongue-tied about it...

Definitely not. That's too much a military game. More so than dip.

I mark things up in pencil for errata. Highlighting totally ruins my ability to understand the rules.

Well since I haven't tried OCS and don't play ASL or other tactical level games, MMP doesn't have much on its P500 for me right now.  Except Warriors of Japan.  Given how quickly Warriors of God sold, how well received it was, and how hard it's become to get, I'm kinda befuddled about WOJ not being out already.

MMP seems to live by its own little drummer.
