I had not heard of The Gamers until relatively late in their existence. Must have been the mid 00s when I first came across the CWBS.

I suppose their games were just not around the stores I frequented in the 90s. Sad

I got into CWB in the mid 90's with 2nd edition Thunder.
It and NBS were definite buys. Played Afrika with a buddy too,
but it didn't do much for me compared to Desert Fox - though it
was a little simpler. The OCS stuff just didn't interest me then -
except maybe DAK, but I held off. I was poor.
