If you see something that offends your delicate sensibilities, DON'T TOUCH THIS.

You can use it if there's something that might threaten the site though - mass spamming,
pr0n, and so forth.

There are no global moderators. Probably not much use for such ever.

At some point, if I ever feel comfortable enough with the idea of doing so,
I probably will make some other admins. Primarily to fight off potential attacks,
but at some point to take over direction of the site. Plus, I could pop off at any
time.

How about a button that people can click when they're offended by something.  Clicking the button would cause it to turn into a button.

As long as it also sends Triple-M a spam email I'd be all for it.

But now you have made it even more like the big red button that has a label on it saying 'Do not press'.

I...must...not...press...the...big...red...button...

It sends a mild shock to anyone sitting on the bus stop bench in Upper Thistle-upon-Avon awaiting the #14 Local to East Warwickshire ...

The big red X button should have the following code attached:

Code:
<input type="button" value="Big X" onclick="self.close()">

The point of the red X would be to let the complainers think thier complaint was being registered somewhere whilst distracting them from the "Report to Moderator" link that might actually do something.
