I don't get it. You never meet a guy named Francis, unless his middle name is Xavier. Sure, there's a strong Jesuit tradition here, but how many Ignatious Loyala's do you meet?
Why not Francis Assisi? Mmm...never mind.
But, if it's inquisitors who are so popular, why not go for Thomas Torquemada?

To me, this combo is kinda like being named Aaron Burr - the guy was just not the kind of big deal (and certainly not in a terribly good light). Why would his name persist so very much?
