I think. Was jokingly fake hypnotizing my wife (one of my many childish routines),
and I've been in something of a daze since. I've never been hypnotized by
anyone else to a deeper level than I can do for myself.

Weird sort of numbness. I can pinch myself hard, and don't really process the pain.
This is the kind of state I throw myself into when under physical adversity.

It's especially weird when the buildings show up again.

Depends on the building, though. If it was a pub or a wargame shop, I could see that as being very convenient.
