Friendless' site is an amazing resource for a lot of information. In this case, the
Florence Nightingale Distribution
(no idea about the name) gives a breakdown of what you've been playing.

I see that I'm running just shy of 50% wargames, with the vast majority otherwise in BGG's 'strategy games' (read euro?) category.

I had no idea there was such a thing, so I signed up and have to wait to see.

Thanks for the heads up.

That link doesn't work for me. Just sends me to a blank page.

Lately, my ratio has been way off. I've been finding a lot of enjoyment in soloing 'euro' games. I like the dry abstract ones. Hansa has been getting some plays from me as well as Tigris and Euphrates. Played some Trajan as well, but the lengthy setup has made me shy away from it.

I havent played a wargame in about 2 months, but my gaming time has been very limited. I plan on getting a Blood & Roses game in this weekend.

There was some intermediary link when I first clicked your first link. It looked like some ad tracking or referral site or something.

This was the problem. I lack patience.

This is really cool. Maybe I should start logging my plays

Alright, I'm onboard at Friendless.

Looks like wargames are the greatest for me, but only slightly above strategy games, and family games. Such is the danger of having, you know, a family.  Grin

I LIKE family games. It's just that I've been buying more euros lately, and they've
filled up the need to play lighter stuff.

Message for calandale,
Hi, can I still access your videos via consimworld?.
I've just come back from vacation and viewed your bgg comment. So I have registered with game box. I like your wargame reviews very much.

Nothing should change much with the vids - they'll even be up on BGG.
I only put wargames on CSW (for the most part).

The need to post them on BGG is precisely WHY I have to avoid the fora there.
But, I also need a place to discuss concepts in gaming. It helps keep my mind
on games, and (I think) improves the topics in both sessions as well as rants.

Also worth pointing out that all the videos are out on your Youtube channel and can be found there.

Fastest way to catch them.

But, BGG's organizational capabilities make it the most valuable to me.
Especially now, with the per-era lists.
