Good news for iPad/iPhone users. For this site I've started using Atomic Web Browser instead of Safari for iOS. Atomic has a built-in ad-blocker, which blocks the ads on this site (including some annoying ones that kick you into the App Store). After installing, go to the Settings icon at the top of the screen (looks like a gear). Ensure that Ad Blocking is enabled. The go into the 'Identify Browser As' menu item and change from 'Default - Mobile Safari' to 'Safari Desktop'. Works great!

I like Atomic quite a bit. It was my go-to web browser on iOS for years.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be updated quite as often these days. I switched to Mercury and found it has most of the features of Atomic that I wanted, especially ad-block, but is better supported.
Both are great browsers, tho, especially compared to Safari.

Cool - I'll check out Mercury too.
This site is great once you get rid of the ads.

That's what I like about Noscript for FF...haven't seen an ad yet Noscript takes some effort to configure in order to turn on functionality you might want though. Many web sites depend upon being able to use scripts for more than ads. I'm good with adblock.

Glad to help. In addition, a key thing is to change the 'User Agent' setting to something other than 'Safari mobile'. It seems to confuse the adserver, much to my enjoyment.
