I think. Was jokingly fake hypnotizing my wife (one of my many childish routines), and I've been in something of a daze since. I've never been hypnotized by anyone else to a deeper level than I can do for myself.
Weird sort of numbness. I can pinch myself hard, and don't really process the pain. This is the kind of state I throw myself into when under physical adversity.

You should try meditation. Or lucid dreaming.

I do something I call 'shifting'. Essentially changing reality.

That and a dime will get you a Philip K. Dick novel.

Yeah. Or lost in a city which won't keep buildings where they belong.

Yeah. Or lost in a city which won't keep buildings where they belong. That could be annoying, alright.

It's especially weird when the buildings show up again.

Depends on the building, though. If it was a pub or a wargame shop, I could see that as being very convenient.

It was the St. Vincent DePaul Society Thrift Store that really threw me for a loop.
